22 DESIGN STUDIO
|
22designstudio was founded by Sean Yu and Yiting Cheng, who graduated from the Industrial Design Department of National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan in 2005. They named the studio “22” for a simple reason - to keep their passion, ideals and vision they had since they were 22 years old.

AI COLLECTION
|
Ai Collection was launched as a sub-brand by a plastic injection molding company based in Ishikawa prefecture of Japan called Ishikawa Jyushi Kogyo K.K. founded in 1965.
By utilizing their expertise, they decided to create something pop, unique and useful under a new marketing brand called Ai Collection. “Ai”, which coincidentally means love in Japanese, was actually taken from the CEO’s initial, Akira Ishikawa.
Despite their new entry into the competitive design culture of Japan, their first product, Paper Pot, won them the prestigious Good Design Award in 2008.

BALANCE WU
|
A design company founded by Balance Wu and Chin Yang from Taiwan. Since 2007, Balance-Wu Design has been providing brand, CIS design, packaging design, website design, and graphic design. Balance-Wu Design also held design workshop and exhibitions. Their work include the clever Eraser+ings and TakeBreak Wall Decals which have been featured on the New York Times and numerous press.

BIAUGUST

In the year 2000, 2 founders, Owen and Cloud (Born in Taiwan) furthered their passion for design and pursued studies in Tokyo for 5 years at the prestigious Musashino Art University and Tama Art University respectively. During their tenure in school, both extremely devoted to their creative works, they were awarded many international design awards from Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
In 2005, after finishing their studies, they founded "biaugust CREATION OFFICE" in Taipei, Taiwan, with the focus on fusing "Life and Emotion" and exploring any new possibilities between human and design with a variety of intermediums.

A new Brand that designs, manufactures, and markets art for living. Products embody the fusion of form and function, while unique in its design. Through Chillichilly's work, they hope to give attention to ideas that are clever and contemporary without being trend and media driven.

E.NISHIYAMA
|
After graduating from Japan's Tama Art University, specializing in textile design, she further pursued her dream by moving to London. After graduating from Chelsea College of Art & Design mastering the art of knitting, she returned back to Japan and launched her line of knitted products under her name "eriko nishiyama".
Her collection is recognized by the soft, hand knitted look and feel of craftsmanship and design creativity combined. Her skills can transform an ordinary scarf into a bouquet of flowers.

FURNISH

To make an ordinary daily item into something more and fun! A simple concept of this designer company, yet a difficult task nonetheless. His launch of the Silhouette collection has kept him busy since the company establishment.
Now, incorporating a cleaner, eco-friendly theme, Printing Vase is a fusion of recycling empty wine bottles and design in harmony. According to Satoshi Yoshikawa, fun factor takes majority of the weight of his design concept, which is showcased throughout his work.

Established in 1989. Currently they have 5 in-house designers with design philosophy of "Good sense and simple use". All of their products resonate with the theme of simple, rare, long-lasting, moderate, and warm-hearted like the Japanese style.
Many of their products are being showcased all over Japan and recognized in Europe and Asia as well.

PULL+PUSH

Established in 2002 by Nobuhiro Sato with the concept of "Doors" to pull and push new ideas in and out.
All his work utilizes mortar (ie concrete) as the base material. For this reason, the surface color and feel will change over time, just like real buildings. Every item is personally handmade. Every product is Nobuhiro Sato's style to convert things we take for granted into inspiring new ideas.
Nobuhiro Sato is also currently a part-time professor at the Kyoto Saga University of Art and Kyoto Seika University, Art Dept of Japan.

Koichiro Tokumochi's art studio. With his passion for Jazz, Mr. Tokumochi has done many cover illustrations for Jazz CDs and established himself as the iron-sculpture master for Jazz Musicians. His work has gained tremendous popularity among collectors in Japan and can be seen in many art gallery and high scale interior shops in Tokyo.

As the 3rd generation of the Tsubota family member taking part in the company’s operation, the legacy continues as they produce new designer products that are reflective of today’s design, trend and needs, while utilizing their experience and craftsmanship built over the past half-century.
