Originally an artist for "Ukiyoe", color prints of everyday life in the Edo period, Mr. Koichiro Tokumochi is now specialized in iron sculpture of Jazz musicians. It all started from that one night in 1989, at a bar near Village Gate, NY, when Mr. Tokumochi sketched live jazz musicians unintentionally on a napkin. He was surprised to find how capturing the rhythm of musicians with "lines" coincides with the art of Ukiyoe. Now, Tokumochi's art can be seen in many upscale interior shops in Japan and collectors' house!

1999: Graduated from The Kyoto Seika College fine arts department design subject construction field.1999-02: Joined Modeling production company in Kyoto. 2002: Established PULL+PUSH PRODUCTS. Sato has endless ideas on incorporating architectural buildings into our lifestyle interior goods. Utilizing his expertise in cement modeling, he created a whole line of unique products that are not only decorative, but also functional.
